Ground floor - Dining room with galleried staircase. Lounge with woodburning stove. Fully fitted dining/kitchen, including separate freezer and dishwasher, utility room. Downstairs washbasin & WC. Large private garden, patio area, ample parking.

First floor - 3 bedrooms-6' superking bed or 3' twin beds with en-suite. Shower, basin & WC. Second bedroom double bed, third bedroom twin beds. Separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin & WC. (Travel cot available,without bedding.)  All beds are provided with bedding.
